1 oz. tequila
2 oz. (¼ c.) lemonade concentrate
1 t. orange juice concentrate
Shake with two ice cubes. Strain into sour glass and garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Tequila Sour II
1 (6 oz.) can limeade concentrate
4 ½ oz. tequila
½ c. orange juice concentrate
Combine ingredients in blender with approximately 10 ice cubes. Whip smooth and serve.
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate
1 can water
2 ½ oz. tequila
Shake well and serve over ice.

The best margarita recipe we’ve ever tasted was published in Texas Monthly magazine:
1 ½ oz. tequila
½ oz. triple sec
1 T. fresh squeezed lime juice
Combine with ice and shake well. Rub lime around edge of margarita glass and coat rim with kosher salt. Strain into glass and serve.
2 oz. tequila
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
¼ t. sugar
10 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender and whip on high speed.

After the dawn of the new millennium, our friend Fernando Ibarra re-educated us on the best way to make a frozen Margarita. Here is his recipe:
1 can frozen limeade concentrate
¾ can tequila
½ can triple sec
Empty the limeade concentrate into the blender. Use the empty limeade can for adding the tequila and triple sec. Blend with ice on high speed.
